ATDIO’s Personal Data Protection Policy
Protection of your Personal Data is important to us. The ATDIO Personal Data Protection Policy (Policy) outlines how we manage the Personal Data we hold.

ATDIO respects the confidentiality of Personal Data and privacy of individuals and is committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The PDPA is designed to protect the confidentiality of data and the privacy of individuals by regulating the way in which Personal Data is managed. Please read this Policy so that you know and understand the purposes for which we collect, use and disclose your Personal Data.

ATDIO Pte Ltd (each, “ATDIO”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collectively or singularly as the context requires, recognise the importance of protecting Personal Data.

(a) ATDIO’s joint venture/ alliance partners;

(f) anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and obligations;

9.1 We train our employees who handle your Personal Data to respect the confidentiality of your Personal Data. ATDIO regards breaches of the PDPA very seriously.
